At DREKK Boots Co., many of our products are made to order specifically for each customer. This helps us create apparel with purpose while reducing unnecessary inventory and waste.
Please review the following information regarding order processing, shipping, delivery, and potential delays.
ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT
Because many DREKK Boots Co. products are made to order, orders typically require production time before they are shipped.
Most orders are fulfilled within 2–7 business days, although production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, availability, customization, and seasonal demand.
Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
SHIPPING TIMES
After fulfillment, estimated delivery times vary based on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and other factors.
For orders shipped within the United States, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
Please understand that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high order volumes, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Some orders may contain products fulfilled from different facilities or by different fulfillment partners. As a result, items from the same order may arrive separately and at different times.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation. In some cases, carriers may take 24–48 hours to display tracking activity.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
DREKK Boots Co. is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order reshipped.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been submitted.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
Claims for packages lost in transit should be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will review the order and work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to determine the appropriate resolution.
PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:
- Check around your property and any secure delivery locations.
- Ask household members or neighbors whether they received the package.
- Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us through the Contact page on our website, and we will review the situation.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the affected product. We will review the claim and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping availability may vary by product and destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.
