How are DREKK Boots Co. shirts made?
Every DREKK product is made specifically when your order is placed through our professional production and fulfillment partner.
Rather than producing large quantities of apparel in advance, your product is printed after your order is submitted. This made-to-order process helps us reduce excess inventory and unnecessary waste while allowing us to offer a growing selection of DREKK designs.
Please allow time for production before your order ships.
How are DREKK designs printed?
DREKK apparel is professionally printed using DTFlex technology for sharp design details, strong color, and a smooth, slightly raised finish.
Because every item is individually produced, minor variations in color or print placement may occasionally occur as part of the made-to-order printing process.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Because each DREKK product is made specifically for your order, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once production has started.

Where does DREKK currently ship?
DREKK Boots Co. currently ships to addresses within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Flat-rate standard U.S. shipping is $4.75.
Any available shipping charges or promotions will also be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Because DREKK apparel is made to order, production takes place before your order ships.
Your estimated delivery date will be displayed during checkout whenever available.
Delivery timing may vary depending on:
• Product availability
• Fulfillment location
• Shipping destination
• Carrier conditions
• Holidays or unusually high order volume
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Will all of my items arrive in the same package?
Most items may arrive together, but orders containing multiple products can occasionally be divided into separate shipments.
This may happen because different items can be produced or fulfilled at different locations.
If your order ships separately, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
SIZING & FIT
How do I choose the correct size?
Please review the Size Guide available on the product page before placing your order.
Measurements and fits may vary between men’s/unisex shirts, women’s V-neck shirts, and youth shirts.
For the most accurate fit, compare the measurements in the appropriate DREKK Size Guide with a similar shirt you already own.
If you prefer a looser or more relaxed fit, sizing up may be appropriate depending on the garment.
What is the fabric and fit of DREKK men’s shirts?
Our men’s/unisex shirts use a lightweight tri-blend fabric designed to provide a soft, flexible feel for everyday wear.

Our youth shirts are designed for active kids with a lightweight, soft, and breathable feel that allows comfortable movement throughout the day.

• Solid colors: 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton
• Heather colors: 52% cotton and 48% polyester
• Athletic Heather: 90% cotton and 10% polyester
• Lightweight 4.2 oz./yd² fabric
• Soft, breathable material with comfortable stretch
• Relaxed unisex youth fit
• Pre-shrunk for improved size retention
• Side-seamed construction for better shape and durability
• Blank garment sourced from Nicaragua, the United States, Guatemala, or Honduras

PRODUCT CARE
How should I care for my DREKK apparel?
For the best results and to help preserve your garment and printed design:
• Machine wash cold with similar colors
• Turn the garment inside out before washing
• Use mild detergent
• Tumble dry on low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly over the printed design
• Do not dry clean
Following these care instructions can help preserve the appearance of both the garment and printed artwork.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Do you offer custom or personalized shirts?
DREKK does not currently offer individual personalization or one-off custom shirt printing.
However, we are continually developing new designs celebrating trades, professions, careers, public service, hardworking families, American heritage, and the next generation.
Can I request a trade, profession, or career that isn’t currently available?
Yes.
