Refund policy

At DREKK Boots Co., every product is made with purpose and created to honor the hardworking people who keep America moving. Because many of our products are made to order specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item

If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

We will review the order and work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to determine the appropriate resolution.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order reshipped.

SIZE AND FIT

Because our apparel is made to order, we generally cannot offer returns or exchanges when a customer selects the wrong size. Please carefully review the size guide provided on the product page before ordering.

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

Orders enter production quickly. Once an order has entered fulfillment or production, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it. If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.
